Voting for the 2023 ActiveWear Contest is now underway. New year, same wonderful you who might want to be more active. Or you might simply want more clothing that is comfortable and flexible (in the sense of movement). Activewear is defined as clothing designed to be worn for sports, exercise, and outdoor activities. Examples include gym clothing, yoga pants and tops, hiking shorts, swimsuits, skating outfits, gymnastics leotards, martial arts attire, horse-back riding clothing, etc. For this contest, contestants were asked to make an article of clothing or an ensemble to be used in a physical activity, as above. Accessories and tools (eg, yoga mat) could not be included as stand-alone entries, but be used to enhance their clothing. BUT general “athleisure” (comfy clothes designed to be suitable both for exercise and everyday wear) is not the same as “activewear” (see definition above) and "athleisure" was NOT allowed. 25 members participated in this contest. Each of the contestants had one month between January 1st - 31st, 2024, to create activewear. Click below to vote for up to 5 entries.
The First Place and Second Place decided by member votes.
First Place will receive a $100 Gift Certificate to Nature's Fabric, our sponsor for this contest.
Second Place will receive a $50 Gift to Certificate to Nature's Fabric.
