The final part of PatternReview's 2023 Year in Review is all about the Patterns. This is the Part you have all been waiting for, especially you data crunchers.

2023 has been another great year for all our pattern companies, the Big 4 (McCall's, Simplicity, Butterick and Vogue) and indies (the Independent Pattern Designers).  As you know, we work directly with pattern makers and designers to have their patterns available for purchase through PatternReview. When you buy a pattern on PatternReview you not only get a great deal (Friends of PR members get 10% on every pattern we sell) but you also support your favorite community!

Let's take a look at all the brand new patterns that our designers added to their collections this year!

The Indie Pattern Collections

Independent Designers have long since been around and today they are more popular then ever.  Many are experts in the field of garment fit specializing in patterns design from style to size.  PatternReview has always had a partnership with indie companies and this past year we were happy to welcome 3 Indie Pattern Companies to our shop, where you can now purchase these patterns.

I DEPEND on member's review of a pattern before I purchase it. This is such a valuable website. It would be SO much more convenient if I could type in the name of the pattern company in my search of reviews, instead of going through the whole wheel of a million different companies. Is this too hard to program?

I'm late reading this blog post, so forgive me if you've already got an answer for this. I don't much like scrolling through the whole list of companies either. My work around is to use the search tool (the one that looks like a white magnifying glass on the right hand side of brown menu bar at top of page) type in the company name then select "pattern reviews" from menu box below. Hope this works for you too.
