Voting for the 2023 LBD (Little Basic Dress) Contest is now underway. Timeless, tireless, iconic, integral to one’s wardrobe are just some of the words that have been used to describe the little black dress. But as proven by the entries to our own Little Basic Dress contest held three years ago, the concept of a timeless and classic wardrobe staple does not necessarily have to equate solely with black. For this contest, LBD is a little basic dress in a solid color done in a simple style that allows it to be dressed up or down with accessories or shoes. Fashion trends come and go but the little basic dress should be classic enough to withstand the test of time and versatile enough to be worn day or night. See Contest Rules here.

The First Place and Second Place will be decided by member votes.
