The Quilted Jacket

At PatternReview we are well aware of trends among our sewing community and reviewers.  Over the past few years we have noticed the quilted jacket has come back into fashion.  Our TNT (tried and true) indie pattern designers, as well as Big 4, have wonderful patterns available to help us create these wearable pieces of art. Whether you piece your own quilt, use pre-quilted material, or even upcycle that old family heirloom, the choice is yours to make these jackets your own.  I pulled out some gorgeous examples of quilted jackets made by a crew of members from our review gallery that gives you a taste of what you can do with this inspiring trend.  

Grainline Tamarack Jackets

One of the most popular quilted jacket patterns, on Patternreview, is the Grainline Studio Tamarack Jacket.  These four members show off their gorgeous Tamaracks, and they all look so unique!
