PR Chicago Meet-up Highlights
Last Friday, May 12th, about 10 PatternReview members of the Chicago, Illinois area got together "in person" for a day of shopping, based on all our favorite activity, SEWING. This day was organized and executed by one of our members, ClaudC, and posted on our Forums. You can find the thread here: (https://sewing.patternreview.com/SewingDiscussions/topic/124957).

Thank You!
To Claudine for organizing this awesome event and perhaps kicking off and encouraging others to create their own regional member Meet-ups!!
"It was SO GOOD to meet you all in real life, see and feel your me-mades, geek out about sewing, shop for fabric, patterns, buttons and chat about our non-sewing lives. It was like a slice of the community we share on PR, but face to face. It really fed my soul today and I'm thankful for every one of you!" - ClaudC
"Claudine, thank you so much for organizing today's event (or should I say herding cats?)! It was so nice to meet you and everyone else in person, and admire each other's garments and creations." - mrsm
"mrsm, thanks for your friendship and specifically for encouragement to come this morning and for the ride, it was a great morning! Thanks Claudine for organizing this meeting, it was delightful. It is so nice to match actual persons to the screen presences. Such creative folks, and such fabulous projects to see in person - special zippers, embellished hoodies, fabulous pleated pockets, customized bag construction, and many others, so many lovely details." - etillym
