PR Oklahoma and Central Florida Meet-ups Highlights

On July 28 - 30, about 7 PatternReview members of the Tulsa, Oklahoma area got together in person for a weekend, based on all our favorite activity, SEWING. This weekend was organized and executed by one of our members, Melissa1030, and posted on our Forum - Regional Communities - OKLAHOMA REGION MEETUP. The PR members who attended this special event:

Participants included PurpleTurtle, KMFetty, AutumnPoppy, VivianZ, Restart06 (not pictured), Sewnitup, and Melissa1030 who organized most of it. 

"We got to learn each other's real names, in addition to fitting woes, fav fabrics, patterns, and sources. We shopped each other's stashes and donated the rest to a local charity that helps immigrant women learn to sew."

"We also made 20 pillowcase dresses for girls in Africa,

visted the Center of the Universe,

2 local museums,

and ate lots of great food. Already making plans for a Part II."

Our second Meet-up occured on July 22, 2023.  Five PatternReview members, of the Cental Florida area, met in Orlando for a day based on SEWING!
