Voting for the 2023 Jumpsuit Contest is now underway. What started out as a utilitarian one-piece garment has undergone various iterations in the hands of fashion designers and nowadays the jumpsuit is a modern wardrobe staple. For this contest, we asked our members to sew a jumpsuit, defined as a one-piece garment consisting of a top (blouse or shirt) and a bottom (trousers or pants) that are permanently attached together. The top may be sleeved or sleeveless and the bottom may be short, full, cropped, or ankle length. Overalls or dungarees, which are a one-piece garment with suspenders attached in front panel and can be worn over another top, and Faux-jumpsuits are NOT ALLOWED. 27 members participated in this contest. Each of the contestants had a month between November 1st and 30th, 2023, to make their jumpsuits. Click below to vote for up to 5 entries.
The First Place and Second Place will be decided by member votes.
First Place will receive a $100 Gift Certificate to Nature's Fabrics, our sponsor for this contest.
Second Place will receive a $50 Gift Certificate to Nature's Fabrics
